KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Led the re-opening of Las Vegas hotel messaging post-COVID-19 closures to our customers, including cross platform engagement with social media, SMS, APP, and call center response teams.
Oversaw integration of web developers, I.T. programmers, content writers, creative designers, and project managers for the launch of Adobe Enterprise Marketing systems, including Campaign, Target, and Experience Manager.
Reimagined and developed a strategic monthly communications program, improved templates, and personalized the style and tone of messaging which improved email open rates by 12%, engagement by 22%, and bookings by 7%.
Created style, technical, and copy guides for Directors of Marketing, Web, and Social Teams to ensure a consistent and impactful voice across all customer contact points.
